Wednesday nights call for a little letting go! Free your mind and create space in the body by moving and flowing with the rhythm of the breath. Taught with compassion, this vinyasa flow class brings awareness to the energy body by deeply engaging the breath and awakening our intuitive mind-body connection. With an attentive mind, we’ll explore fluid sequencing that evolves from the ground up to help build heat, strength, intelligent body awareness, and flexibility. Jocelyn invites each student to breathe, move, hold, and soften in ways that release emotional blocks and attachments. Come to find unity, equanimity, and ease!

Taught with compassion, this class focuses on pranayama and conscious movement to deeply engage the breath into every cell while building strength, intelligent body awareness, and flexibility. Jocelyn's fluid sequencing evolves from the ground up to help establish a safe, nourishing practice which enhances the intuitive mind-body connection. Enjoy a slow, meditative vinyasa flow, followed by gentle restorative poses and a long savasana for relaxation. Reconnect to your inner peace and wisdom; a great way to kick off your weekend!
